her insecurities.: Splits! Stretching Routine
So I am trying to get the splits down in a month! May not workout since I tend to be inconsistent. But I’ll try a little somethin’ somethin’. Here is my routine:
- Quads Stretch [30 seconds each side]

Yoga for a Long Day!
For Kole and anyone else who needs a yoga break after a long day!
Do this when you get home from work.
1) Lizard and pigeon to gently open the hips from standing all day.
2) Followed by plow and shoulder stand to set your circulation and nervous system back on track.
3) Topped off by legs up the wall for the ultimate in circulation and mental chill out.
